"I gave 4 stars because we had a problem with insurance on auto pay mis-applied, However, Natalie in my agents office got right on it and had it all squared away in just a couple of days. She was clear, concise and professional, very helpful and kept in contact with us along the way. We have had State Farm insurance for over 30 years for homeowners and car, never had a problem with State Farm at all. Will continue to stay with State Farm."
